Höegh LNG completes 51% sale of FSRU Höegh Grace

Höegh LNG Holdings has announced the closing of the transfer of the 51% interest in FSRU Höegh Grace to Höegh LNG Partners LP.

According to the initial agreement, the transaction is valued at US$188.7 million.

The Höegh Grace was constructed by Hyundai Heavy Industries and delivered to Höegh LNG on 30 March 2016. The vessel is scheduled to service a new LNG import terminal in Cartagena, on the Atlantic coast of Colombia, under an International Leasing Agreement with Sociedad Portuaria El Cayao S.A. E.S.P.
