Gazprom and Mitsui discuss Sakhalin II and LNG bunkering MoU

During the meeting, partnership prospects in the LNG sector were discussed, with particular focus on joint efforts in expanding the Sakhalin II project through the construction of a third train of the LNG plant.
In addition to this, attention was paid to the implementation of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) on LNG bunkering studies. Pursuant to the document, both parties will carry out feasibility and marketing studies regarding the bunkering of vessels with LNG in Russia’s Far East and the Asia Pacific region.
