BAM Clough JV completes Ichthys LNG contract
The BAM Clough joint venture has completed the design and construct contract for the Ichthys LNG Project’s module offloading facility (MOF) near Darwin, Northern Territory.
The JV carried out the contract for client JKC Australia LNG (a project consortium comprising JGC Corporation, KBR and Chiyoda Corporation).
The MOF was constructed as part of the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG Project and will be used to offload very large modules to assemble the LNG liquefaction plant. BAM Infraconsult/DMC was responsible for the design.
Currently BAM Clough is also constructing the Project’s Product Loading Jetty. This project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2014, on schedule.
BAM Clough is a 50/50 joint venture between BAM International and Clough Limited. This year the joint venture celebrates 50 years of successful partnership and project delivery.
