ENI and Novatek sign MoU

Novatek and Eni have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will pave the way for future co-operation between the two companies.
The move confirms the intention of Novatek and Eni to jointly participate in future offshore projects in the Mediterranean Sea.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, and Italy’s Prime Minister, Enrico Letta.
