GTT receives tank design order for two new LNG carriers

Each tank will have a capacity of 180 000 m3, and will be constructed on behalf of the European shipowner Celsius. The tanks will be fitted with the Mark III Flex containment system.
According to the statement, the vessels are expected to be delivered by the end of 2020.
The Chairman and CEO of GTT, Philippe Berterottière, said: “We are very pleased to continue our excellent partnership with SHI with these two new orders and to accompany Celsius in its entry into the LNG industry.”
