GTT and Chantiers de l'Atlantique sign settlement agreement

Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) has announced that it has signed a settlement agreement with Chantiers de l'Atlantique.
The settlement agreement puts an end to all lawsuits opposing the two sides since 2006.
GTT also confirmed that both parties have agreed on the sale by Chantiers de l'Atlantique of a patent portfolio concerning specific LNG membrane containment technologies.
