JGC wins FEED services contract for Woodfibre LNG

JGC Group has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, JGC America Inc., has been awarded a contract to provide front-end engineering and design (FEED) services for the Woodfibre LNG project in Squamish, British Columbia (B.C.), Canada.

Under the contract, JGC will provide FEED development and an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) proposal for the new 2.1 million tpy natural gas liquefaction plant and export facility.

The value of the contract was undisclosed.
