GasLog Partners announce share sale

Reuters are reporting that GasLog Partners LP has announced a public offering of 3.75 million common units.
The Partnership intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 562 500 additional common units from the partnership.
At current pricing of US$16.90 per share, GasLog Partners would raise around US$72.9 million from the sale.
The Partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the public offering for general partnership purposes, which may include future acquisitions, debt repayment, capital expenditures and additions to working capital.
