Glass Lewis backs ISS recommendation for CB&I shareholders

CB&I has announced that leading independent proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has joined the Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) in recommending that CB&I shareholders vote ‘For’ the previously announced transaction with McDermott International, Inc. at the company's upcoming Special General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 May 2018.
Patrick K. Mullen, CB&I's President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are pleased that Glass Lewis has joined ISS and our Board of Directors in recommending that CB&I shareholders vote ‘For’ the combination with McDermott. Like ISS, Glass Lewis recognises the significant benefits of this transaction for all of our company's stakeholders, including our shareholders, customers, and employees. We expect to complete the transaction in May of 2018."
