Inaugural Energy Event awards Dinner

On September 8^th, the Energy Event will be hosting its first ever annual energy awards event. With six awards on offer the new annual awards event is destined to become a marketing department’s new best friend, with awards available for The Consumers Supplier of the Year, Best Renewable Energy Project of the year, Best Energy Reduction Project of the year, Best Consumer Gas Price of the Year, Best Consumer Electricity Price of the Year and Outstanding Contribution to Industry Award 2010.

Neil Farrow of awards dinner organisers Smashing Publicity said, “With current headline news about oil spills, gas issues through Eastern Europe, Nuclear plant uncertainty and the political debate around carbon, it’s easy to see why some consumers give a less than sympathetic tone when questioned about the energy markets.
