German regulator states that LNG connection line must be built by project company

Reportedly, following the completion of its €6.9 billion gas network expansion plan to be carried out between 2018 and 2028, the Bundesnetzagentur (BnetzA) stated that the move did not pre-empt a decision on whether or the terminal was either necessary or even feasible.
According to Reuters, German LNG Terminal, which is a joint venture consisting of Vopak, Oiltanking and Gasunie, is aiming to take an investment decision on the terminal in 2019.
