According to Reuters, the Donggi-Senoro LNG plant in Indonesia has secured buyers for 31 LNG cargoes in 2017.
Reportedly, this will leave just nine cargoes remaining for sale, as the plant will produce a total of 40 cargoes in 2017. The remaining nine will be sold in the spot market – including to domestic buyers – according to Reuters.
Aditya Mandala, the Corporate Affairs Director of the Donggi-Senoro LNG plant, reportedly said that the plant originally planned to produce 36 cargoes. Mandala noted that the plant will now be producing 40 cargoes, claiming that "a lot of factors supported our upstream production.”
