Sinotrans in LNG carrier negotiations

Sinotrans Shipping Ltd has announced that it is in negotiations with a number of other parties regarding the possibility of a joint venture (JV). This JV will involve the commissioning of five arctic LNG carriers, which will serve in the arctic LNG shipping industry. Sinotrans is expecting to own approximately 25.5% of the overall shares in the JV.
All involved parties are still in the negotiations phase and, so far, no legal documents or contracts have been signed.
