GTT has announced the appointment of two new members, Andrew Jamieson and Benoît Mignard, who are succeeding Laurent Maurel and Olivier Jacquier.
Earlier this year, the Board of Directors also appointed Sandra Lagumina, who succeeded Secil Torun.
Andrew Jamieson and Benoît Mignard will be joining the Compensation and Nominations Committee and the Audit and Risk Management Committee, respectively.
Mr Jamieson has vast experience of the energy industry in general and LNG in particular. He has held various positions with Shell Group in Europe, Australia and Africa before being appointed Executive Vice-President ‘Gas & Projects’ and member of the ‘Gaz & Power’ Executive Committee of Shell, functions he retained until he retired in 2009.
Ms Lagumina has been Chief Executive Officer of GrDF (Gaz Réseau Distribution France - French gas distribution grid) since 2013.
In October 2015, Mr Mignard became Deputy Director, in charge of Finance and Strategy for the Global Gas Branch and LNG of ENGIE. He served as a member of GTT's board from 2012 to 2014.
