LNG Industry,
This news comes just a few days after Meyer Turku announced that a ceremony for the float-out of the vessel had been held. The ship is 337 m long, 42 m wide, has four main engines, and is capable of carrying approximately 6554 passengers.
Meyer Turku claims that the ship was evacuated, and that work continued on the vessel at approximately 18:15. At the moment, approximately 10 people have slightly inhaled smoke, and two people have had slight injuries checked. Material damages were minor, and the incident will not have any effect on the vessel’s construction schedule.
