Stolt-Nielsen Ltd appoints new Director

The Board of Directors of Stolt-Nielsen Ltd (SNL) has elected a new Director, Rolf Habben Jansen, Chief Executive Officer of Hapag-Lloyd AG.
SNL Chairman, Christer Olsson, said: "With his extensive industry and business experience, Mr Habben Jansen is a valued addition to the Board of Directors of Stolt-Nielsen Ltd."
With the addition of Mr Habben Jansen as a Director, the SNL Board now has six members, four of which are independent.
