KBR announces board retirement

The Chairman of the Board, Loren Carroll, said: “Richard provided strong leadership on the Board of Directors serving as the chairman of several committees.
"Most recently Richard served as the Chairman of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee helping us to maintain good governance practices. On behalf of KBR, I thank Richard for his many contributions to the Board of Directors and wish him well in his retirement."
Amongst other things, KBR is involved in engineering and construction, including onshore oil and gas; LNG; GTL; oil refining; petrochemicals; chemicals; fertilizers; differentiated EPC; maintenance services; offshore oil and gas; floating solutions (FPU, FPSO, FLNG and FSRU) and program management.
