Cheniere signs LNG SPA

Cheniere Energy, Inc. has announced that its subsidiary Cheniere Marketing, LLC has entered into a LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Trafigura Pte Ltd, under which Trafigura has agreed to purchase approximately 1 million tpy of LNG from Cheniere Marketing on a free on board basis for a term of 15 years beginning in 2019. The purchase price for LNG is indexed to the monthly Henry Hub price, plus a fee.

Stolt-Nielsen and NYK Line form strategic joint venture in Avenir LNG

Stolt-Nielsen Ltd and NYK Line have announced that Stolt-Nielsen has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell 50% of Avenir LNG Ltd to NYK Line.
