GasLog Partners announces closing of LNG carrier acquisition

The 170 000 m3 tri-fuel diesel electric LNG carrier was constructed in 2010, and is currently on a multi-year time charter with a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell plc through March 2024.
According to the statement, Shell has a unilateral option to extend the term of the time charter for a period of either three or five years.
