Gazprom and Mitsubishi address Sakhalin-2 project

The 4th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok recently played host to a working meeting between Gazprom and Mitsubishi Corp.

Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Hidenori Takaoka, Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Business Group of Mitsubishi Corporation, led their company’s respective delegations.

The meeting addressed the current status of the Sakhalin II project, discussing, inter alia, the construction of the third train of the LNG plant.

The parties also considered the prospects for further cooperation.
