Australia on track to become world’s top LNG exporter

The US Energy Information Administration has announced that, according to Australia’s Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, Australia is on track to surpass Qatar as the world’s largest LNG exporter.

 

First LNG-fuelled vessel with LPV now in service

LATTICE Technology has announced that the port cleaning ship with the first commercial lattice pressure vessel (LPV) has been successfully delivered to Ulsan Port Authority; this means that it is ready for service from this month.

Japanese buyers seeking delays and volume cuts

According to Reuters, some Japanese buyers are seeking delays to shipments or cuts to volume under their long-term LNG contracts with the Ichthys project in Australia.
