Gazprom and Kuwait Petroleum Corp. sign MoU

Gazprom has announced that the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, Alexey Miller, and the CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Petroleum Corp., Nizar Al-Adsani, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Sochi, Russia.
Gazprom have confirmed that the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, were both present at the ceremony.
The MoU outlines the main areas that could be covered by a potential partnership between the two companies; in particular, LNG, LPG, other petroleum fuels, and sci-tech cooperation and investment.
