Novatek offering LNG cargo

Reuters is reporting that Russia’s Novatek is offering an LNG cargo for loading in July or delivery in August.

The cargo loaded/dispatched from the company’s Yamal LNG facility, and there are two options available for delivery; either into Europe or Northeast Asia.

If the cargo is delivered into North Asia, it will reportedly be transported via the Arctic sea route, which is now open for the summer months.

The tender will close on 9 July.
