ExxonMobil has announced that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Eni to acquire a 25% indirect interest in the natural gas-rich Area 4 block, offshore Mozambique.

ORLEN and Naftogaz sign new gas supply contract

ORLEN will supply 140 million m3 of natural gas sourced from the US under a new contract with Naftogaz.
