According to Reuters, Chart Industries Inc. has acquired VCT Vogel.

Reportedly, this acquisition adds truck drive systems to Chart’s mobile equipment offering.

Reuters claims that, this year, VCT Vogel is expected to generate net sales of approximately US$4 million.
