Indonesia to sell LNG to spot market in 1H19

According to the latest Reuters report, Indonesia’s director general of oil and gas, Djoko Siswanto, has announced the country’s plans to sell 10 LNG cargoes on the spot market in 1H19.
The schedule for these cargo offerings will reportedly be as follows: one cargo in April and two cargoes in May (from Bontang LNG facility); four cargoes in June (from Tangguh LNG facility); and three cargoes in March, May and June (from Donggi Senoro LNG facility).
Siswanto declared that these offerings are being made in order to utilise the 40 excess LNG cargoes Indonesia will have until 2025.
