Teekay Corporation announces dividend and Teekay LNG Partners declares distribution.
The Teekay Corporation Board of Directors has announced a cash dividend on its common stock of US$0.055 per share for the quarter ended 30 September 2017. The cash dividend is payable on 15 November 2017 to all shareholders of record as at 3 November 2017.
For the same quarter, Teekay GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P., has declared a cash distribution of US$0.14 per unit. The cash distribution is payable on 10 November 2017 to all unitholders of record on 3 November 2017.
