LNG Industry,
The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has announced that it has extended the release date of its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Oregon LNG export terminal project. The EIS was originally scheduled for release on 12 February 2016, but has now been changed to 3 June 2016.
Other US federal agencies also have jurisdiction over the project, but have until 1 September 2016 to finalise and release their reviews.
