Gazprom and Shell hold working meeting

Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, Alexey Miller, recently held a working meeting with Ben van Beurden, Chief Executive Officer of Shell, in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The parties addressed the prospects for collaboration between the Shell and Gazprom under the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation. A statement from Gazprom said that an emphasis was placed on a potential asset swap.
The meeting also reviewed the ongoing front end engineering design (FEED) process for the third production train of the LNG plant. The two parties also discussed the progress of the Nord Stream 2 project.
