Fluxys awards contract for Zeebrugge LNG extension
Fluxys LNG, owner and operator of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal in Belgium, has awarded the turnkey contract for a new extension of the terminal to a consortium of DF Oil & Gas and Felguera IHI.
The turnkey contract covers the construction of a fifth LNG storage tank, as well as additional process installations and represents an amount of over €200 million. The new installations are part of the investments required to offer the LNG transshipment services, for which Fluxys LNG signed a long-term agreement with Yamal LNG in March this year.
