JXTG and Petrolimex sign LNG development MOU

According to Reuters, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy has announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex).
The MOU reportedly details plans for the development of a cooperative LNG business in Vietnam.
