According to the latest Reuters report, Origin Energy Ltd’s stake in the Australia Pacific LNG project (APLNG) recorded a 27% jump in quarterly production revenue.
Origin credited these results to higher production and prices, and the company’s revenue from APLNG during the three months leading up to 31 March rose to A$491.9 million from A$385.3 million a year ago.
Production for the quarter increased by 10% compared to last year’s levels (up to 62.7 PJe).
APLNG is a joint venture between Origin, ConocoPhillips, and China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec).
