Russia looking to sell part of Sovcomflot

According to Reuters, Russia is looking to sell a portion of its state shipping firm Sovcomflot, ideally hoping to attract a range of small-stake investors, as opposed to one strategic buyer that could affect Moscow’s control of the company.

Saipem awarded offshore EPCI contract by QatarEnergy LNG

Saipem, in partnership with Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Ltd, has been awarded an offshore EPCI contract by QatarEnergy LNG for the COMP5 package of the North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Compression Complexes project.
