Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd has submitted a further response to the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Engineering Data request covering additional geotechnical-seismic items. The response is in relation to the LNG Ltd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia LNG LLC.
According to LNG Ltd Managing Director and CEO, Maurice Brand, the Magnolia LNG team and consultants had been advised that a further two requests will be made shortly. Mr Brand said: "The FERC process continues to run in parallel with the company moving towards a bankable EPC contract and long-term Tolling Agreements. Magnolia LNG is well placed to achieve its primary goal to achieve Financial Close in mid-2015 and first LNG in 2018."
