Gazprom and JBIC discuss Sakhalin II

Alexey Miller, the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, has held a working meeting with Tadashi Maeda, the CEO and Executive Managing Director of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

At the meeting, both parties showed appreciation for the two companies’ cooperation. In particular, JBIC took part in the financing of the Blue Stream construction project and the Sakhalin II project.

In addition to this, the two parties also discussed possibilities for further cooperation. In particular, they spoke about the possibility of JBIC financing the construction of the third train of the Sakhalin II LNG plant and the Amur gas processing plant.

PV Gas signs supply agreements with EVN

Vietnam Gas Corp., together with Vietnam Electricity Group and Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corp., have signed agreements on the supply of LNG for large scale gas-fired power projects.
