Jutal Offshore to construct Yamal LNG modules
Penglai Jutal Offshore Engineering Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (PJOE), an associate company of Jutal Offshore Oil Services, has received confirmation for the construction workload for two option trains of modules for the Yamal LNG Project.
The total construction period of the project is approximately 36 months. The total value received by PJOE under the confirmed and effective orders since July 2014 is approximately ¥4.2 billion. This includes contracts for the platform construction of the offshore natural gas fields and construction of the FLNG modules.
In August 2014, PJOE entered into a construction contract with Yamgaz, the general contractor, to build modules for the Yamal LNG project in Russia.
