FID on Mozambique LNG project expected before end of 2016

Reuters reports that, following FID, it is expected to take a minimum of five years before production commences. Mozambique reportedly has approximately 85 trillion ft3 of gas reserves, which Reuters claims is enough to provide Italy, France, Britain and Germany with gas for almost 20 years.
The Energy Minister went on to say that the US’s Anadarko is also expected to make an investment decision on a different LNG project next year.
