Cheniere continues supplying LNG to China

According to Reuters, an executive at Cheniere has revealed that the company’s sole Chinese contract customer continues to take committed LNG supplies.

 

LNG will be oversupplied until mid-2020

An executive from Japan’s Inpex Corp. is predicting oversupply in the LNG market until mid-2020, at which point they expect demand from southeast Asia and India to pick up.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

PETRONAS signs 12-year LNG supply agreement with Shenergy

PETRONAS, through its subsidiary, PETRONAS LNG Ltd, has signed a heads of agreement with Shenergy Group Co. Ltd to supply approximately 1.5 million tpy of LNG to its Wuhaogou receiving terminal in China.
