Neste Jacobs to implement LNG station in Finland
Neste Jacobs has been selected to perform Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services to construct the Norilsk Nickel LNG Station in Harjavalta, Finland.
Neste Jacobs will carry out the project from 2014 to 2015, from its office in Turku, Finland. The LNG station can store up to 300 m3 of liquefied natural gas, which will be used as a feedstock for hydrogen production and as a support fuel for pellet boiler plant.
"Neste Jacobs has strong references in serving gas industry and during the partner selection we became convinced of their expertise to implement this project," commented Kimmo Tuomi, Senior Manager, Plant Services of Norilsk Nickel Harjavalta. "Neste Jacobs is providing us with solutions we need and we are sure that our cooperation in this project will be successful for both parties."
