Chart-Ferox has announced that it has completed the final installation and commissioning of an LNG evaporation project for Aggregate Industries.
Although Storm Desmond in the UK caused some disruption - its fierce winds and heavy fog forced postponement of the heavy lifts for a day - engineers from Chart-Ferox managed to have the plant fully operational in less than two weeks.
Calor Gas will provide LNG as a clean burning fuel at Aggregate Industries’ Express Asphalt facility. Chart’s Ferox facility, in Decin, Czech Republic, provided a complete turn-key service for the project, including engineering and equipment manufacture, as well as the final site operations.
