Intertek opens a new fuels testing laboratory

Intertek has opened a new fuels testing laboratory in Gladstone, Australia, which will be able to service all major LNG producers in the area, including Australia Pacific LNG, Santos LNG, Curtis LNG. It will also provide local fuel and gas testing to downstream petroleum clients.
Regional COO for Intertek’s Sub-Sahara Africa and Australasia region, Ian Galloway, said: “Our new laboratory will service all major LNG producers in the region, as well as downstream petroleum clients providing a local fuels and gas testing service to ensure quality and component analysis, with rapid turn around times. We are truly thrilled to be supporting world-class LNG projects in an emerging energy destination.”
