In June, at the ceremony of the signing of a Letter of Intent between British Columbia (B.C.) Premier Christy Clark and AltaGas executive vice president corporate development John Lowe, which stated both parties' intent to grow the use of LNG in B.C., the Premier said that this was a "once in a lifetime opportunity for the province", and that local LNG developments would "change the face of the entire country".
