LNG Industry,
This agreement follows a non-binding heads of agreement (HOA) that was signed by both parties in March 2016.
Under the terms of the agreement, Origin will supply 280 000 tpy of LNG for a five-year period. There is also an option to extend this by a further five years, should both parties agree to do so.
Deliveries are expected to commence in 2018 or 2019, following the completion of ENN’s Zhoushan receiving terminal in Zhejiang province, China.
