Klaipedos Nafta has released its preliminary transhipment and revenue results for March 2016. In this period, the company’s LNG terminal regasified 2 313 000 MWh of LNG. This figure is significantly higher than the 518 000 MWh of LNG that was regasified in March 2015.
During 1Q16, Klaipedos Nafta regasified 5 088 000 MWh of LNG compared to 1 399 000 MWh in the corresponding period of last year. The company attributed this growth to its additional LNG terminal users, Achema, SC and Lietuvos duju tiekimas, JSC.
The preliminary sales revenue for the company’s LNG terminal in March 2016 stood at €5.9 million, taking the total for the first three months of 2016 to €17.6 million (up 8.6% on the same period in 2015).
