CCC releases Ammonia Solutions

Compressor Controls Corp. (CCC) has recently released Ammonia Solutions - a Prodigy™-based turbomachinery control system technology that maximises machine availability, can increase production and reduce energy costs.
Machine availability is maximised by providing coordinating response of the anti-surge protection, process control and speed governor. Ammonia production can be increased between 0.5% and 2% with Prodigy’s precise and stable control of critical parameters. Energy costs can be reduced 1 – 7% by effectively matching consumption with production demands.
CCC now offers a guaranteed energy savings programme for customers who have significant process control improvement opportunities. Customers are invited to collaborate with CCC in a five-step plan to determine what energy savings percentage can be achieved and proven at their specific facility.
