CERONAV holds LNG bunkering course
CERONAV, the Romanian Maritime Training Centre, held a pilot course for personnel working onboard LNG inland bunkering vessels.
The course, held between 21 – 24 July, was specifically for LNG bunkering vessels that have been developed within the EU-funded LNG Masterplan project for the Rhine-Main Danube.
Future courses
This pilot class is the first in a series of four classes that will be organised by CERONAV during the project implementation period. In November 2014, the pilot class is expected to support LNG as a fuel, followed in 2015 by a pilot class for personnnel working in LNG terminals and with LNG as cargo.
