Gazprom Global LNG signs LNG SPA with EGAS

Gazprom Global LNG Ltd has released a short statement confirming that it has signed a Master LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).
Gazprom Global LNG announced that the two parties are in the final stages of concluding the terms of a long-term commercial agreement, and that they it will make a more detailed announcement on full completion of the deal.
EGAS has already signed contracts with Noble Group (who will deliver a total of seven LNG cargoes, with the first shipment in April 2015) and Vitol (nine shipments of LNG for two years starting from June 2015).
