The LNG feeder and bunker vessel Kairos has commenced its first reload operation in Klaipeda.
As well as the German LNG supplier Nauticor, one of the ship’s charterers is oil and LNG terminal operator Klaipedos Nafta (KN).
Built at the Hyundai Mipo shipyard in South Korea, the Kairos started its voyage to Europe in October 2018, reaching Klaipeda in the middle of December.
As the world’s largest LNG bunker vessel, the Kairos will enhance the LNG logistic chain for KN in the Baltic Sea region.
