Eight new LNG carriers will feature Wärtsilä reliquefaction systems
Following an earlier newbuild programme in June 2022 for four new vessels, the company has now been awarded the contract to supply reliquefaction systems for a further eight ships.

Mexico Pacific and Shell sign third long-term LNG SPA
Shell and a subsidiary of Mexico Pacific have signed an additional sales and purchase agreement for Shell to offtake approximately 1.1 million tpy of LNG from the third train of Mexico Pacific’s anchor LNG export facility, Saguaro Energia, Mexico.
