Reuters is reporting that Russian 2021 – 2022 budget funds have been allocated for the construction of the Utrenny LNG terminal in the port of Sabetta.
According to the Kremlin, the fund allocation was ordered by President Vladimir Putin and will reportedly be used to reconstruct a navigable channel in the Gulf of Ob in the Kara Sea.
